Project |01 Perching Landing Gear

This research project was done mostly over the 2015 summer. The goal was to make a landing gear that would land on a branch or a bar like object and be able make adjustments as well as takeoff. We created various designs that enable us to land on a variety of objects as well as use the landing gear for a variety of drone sizes. Our official website is faculty.olin.edu/~clee1/. Research is still ongoing so final products as well as results will change.

Project |02 Pacifier

This research project was done mostly over the 2015 summer. The goal was to test Dr. Tesini's new pacifier against commercially available pacifiers using Solidworks FEA. We added pressures to the bulb to simulate sucking pressure as well as tongue pressure experienced from non-nutritive sucking. Our official website is faculty.olin.edu/~clee1/.
